    摘要:

    随着城市的快速扩张,土地资源的匮乏,全地埋式污水处理厂受到越来越多的关注。为了最大限度减少污水处理厂运行对周边环境的影响,无锡太湖新城污水处理厂三期扩建工程采用全地下建设形式,污水、淤泥、臭气等均按照高标准设计。针对规模较大的全埋式污水处理厂的高标准尾水排放、紧凑的用地范围、外管网水位近远期变化幅度大、高标准臭气控制、地下厂的安全保障、优选基坑和地基处理方案、无人化值守的实践、低碳理念的全方位贯彻等建设关键问题进行了介绍和分析,并针对该项目特点提出的解决思路,供类似工程参考借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid expansion of cities and the scarcity of land resources, the fully underground wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are receiving increasing attention. In order to minimize the impact of WWTP operations on the surrounding environment, the form of fully underground construction is adopted for the Wuxi Taihu New Town WWTP Phase III Expansion Project. The introduction and analysis are conducted on the key issues in the construction of large-scale fully underground WWTPs, such as high-standard tail water discharge, compact land use, large fluctuations in the water level of the external pipeline network in the short term and the long term, high-standard odor control, safety guarantee of underground WWTPs, optimal treatment schemes for foundation pits and subgrades, practice of unmanned operation, and the all-round implementation of low-carbon concepts. And the solution ideas proposed in light of the characteristics of this project are provided for reference by similar projects.
