    为满足武汉市区域交通需求,连通东西湖区将军四路与江岸区和谐大道,开展了塔子湖西路高架桥建设方案研究,系统性分析了高架桥建设条件,梳理了沿线金银潭、张公堤、武汉市三环线等重要构筑物及高压燃气、高压电力、国防光缆等重要管线,根据不同路段特点充分分析了各种桥型的适用性,确定了安全、经济的桥梁方案。桥梁方案积极采用新材料与新工艺,跨金银潭段钢混组合梁采用NC-UHPC桥面板分级设计理念和UHPC(含粗集料)桥面板湿接缝工艺,显著提高了组合梁桥面板的受力性能,简化了预制桥面板钢筋构造,提升施工效率;跨张公堤与三环线节点设计了一联大跨径连续梁钢箱梁与一联86.6 m跨径简支钢箱梁,并采用钢-UHPC组合桥面体系,有效提高了钢箱梁跨越能力并改善了钢桥面疲劳性能;三环线南侧陆地段进行了减噪降噪设计,保障周边居民生活质量,这些设计可为同类工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the regional traffic demand of Wuhan and connect Jiangjun Fourth Road in Dongxihu District and Hexie Avenue in Jiangan District, the study on the construction scheme of West Tazihu Road Viaduct is carried out, the construction conditions of viaduct are systematically analyzed, and the important structures along the line such as Jinyintan, Zhanggong Dike and Wuhan Ring III Road and the important pipelines such as high-pressure gas, high-voltage electricity and national defense optical cables are sorted out. The applicability of various bridge types is fully analyzed according to the characteristics of different road sections, and the safe and economic bridge scheme is determined. The new materials and new processes are actively adopted in the bridge scheme, and the NC-UHPC bridge deck grading design concept and the UHPC (including coarse aggregate) bridge deck wet joint process are used for the steel-concrete composite beam across the Jinyintan section, which significantly improves the stress performance of the composite beam bridge deck, simplifies the prefabricated bridge deck reinforcement structure, and improves the construction efficiency. A long-span continuous beam steel box girder and a 86.6m-span simple-supported steel box girder are designed to span the joint of Zhangong Dike and Ring III Road, and the steel-UHPC composite bridge deck system is adopted, which effectively improves the spanning capacity of the steel box girder and improves the fatigue performance of the steel bridge deck. The noise reduction design is carried out in the land section south of Ring III Road to ensure the life quality of the surrounding residents. These designs can provide reference for similar projects.
