    在城市更新加速推进与韧性城市建设需求迫切的背景下,精准识别城市道路下方潜在的空洞、脱空等地下病害体,对保障公共安全和提升基础设施韧性至关重要。针对传统检测方法的局限,在常德市某市政道路更新项目中,创新应用三维探地雷达技术进行系统性地下病害探测。通过先进数据处理与分析,精准识别定位了30处脱空、空洞、疏松体及富水体等典型病害目标,结果经二维雷达复测及钻芯验证,证实了该技术的高可靠性与精度。基于探测成果,提出了针对性处置建议。实践表明,三维探地雷达技术是城市更新中评估地下空间风险、预防灾害、提升道路韧性的关键支撑。该技术的应用为城市基础设施精细化管理与安全运维提供了科学依据,能有效助力韧性城市建设与可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of accelerated urban renewal and the urgent need for resilient urban construction, accurately identifying potential cavities, voids and other underground disease bodies beneath urban roads is of vital importance for ensuring the public safety and enhancing the resilience of infrastructure. In view of the limitations of traditional detection methods, the three-dimensional ground penetrating radar technology is innovatively applied to detect the systemic underground diseases in a municipal road renewal project in Changde. Through the advanced data processing and analysis, 30 typical disease targets such as void, cavity, loose body and rich water body are accurately identified and located. The results of two-dimensional radar retest and core drilling verification confirm the high reliability and accuracy of the technology. Based on the detection results, the targeted disposal suggestions are put forward. The practice shows that the three-dimensional ground penetrating radar technology is the key support for evaluating the risk of underground space, preventing the disasters and improving the road toughness in urban renewal. The application of this technology provides a scientific basis for the refined management and safe operation and maintenance of urban infrastructures, and effectively helps the construction and sustainable development of resilient cities.
