    提出一种适用于高速公路环境的新型预制装配式组合护栏,该结构融合刚性护栏的高强度与半刚性护栏的缓冲特性,创新性地采用超高性能混凝土UHPC(ultra-high performance concrete)后浇开口式组合设计,旨在提升防护能力的同时,兼顾经济性与施工便捷性,其建造成本介于传统钢护栏与混凝土护栏之间,具备良好的工程应用前景。基于LS-DYNA软件建立可靠的有限元模型,系统模拟小客车、大客车及货车等多种车型在规定速度下与护栏的碰撞过程,评估其安全防护性能。在不同类型车辆碰撞条件下,护栏各连接部位均未发生破坏,整体结构保持稳定,表现出优良的防撞性能和抗变形能力,验证了其在实际道路防护中的可靠性与有效性;同时,该设计通过优化材料与施工工艺,实现了成本效益与安全性能的平衡,为高速公路安全设施提供了高效解决方案。

    Abstract:

    A new type of prefabricated composite guardrail suitable for expressway environments is proposed. This structure combines the high strength of rigid guardrails with the buffering characteristics of semi-rigid guardrails. The post-poured open combination design of UHPC (ultrahigh performance concrete) is innovatively adopted in order to enhance the protective capabilities while taking into account economy and construction convenience. Its construction cost lies between that of traditional steel guardrails and concrete guardrails, and has a promising prospect for engineering application. Based on LS-DYNA software, a reliable finite element model is established to systematically simulate the collision process of various vehicle models such as small cars, large buses and trucks with guardrails at specified speeds. The safety protective performances of guardrails are evaluated. Under the collision conditions of different vehicle models, none of the connection parts of the guardrail are damaged, and the overall structure remains stable, demonstrating the excellent crashworthiness and anti-deformation ability and verifying the reliability and effectiveness of the guardrails in practical road protection. Furthermore, through the optimization of materials and construction techniques, the design achieves a balance between cost efficiency and safety performance, providing an efficient solution for expressway safety infrastructure.
