Abstract:Under the global carbon neutrality strategy, the solutions to the serious pollution caused by traditional diesel trucks and the insufficient range of pure electric heavy-duty trucks in the field of road freight transportation are explored to reduce carbon emissions while improving energy utilization efficiency. A green electrified highway technology system integrating the renewable energy generation, intelligent power supply networks and dual-source electric trucks is proposed. This system works in coordination through four core subsystems, which are that the power generation system adopts the integrated wind-solar-storage power stations along the highway, the power supply system sets up contact network supports along the outer lane of the highway through steel structure trusses, the truck achieves dynamic power supply through the pantograph system, and the vehicle system integrates an energy management module and a motor drive module. A closed-loop clean energy supply chain of "power generation - power transmission - power consumption" is built to support the electrification transformation of medium and long-distance freight transportation on highways. This technology can achieve full process electric energy drive for the medium and long-distance freight transportation. An efficient closed-loop system for "renewable energy power generation - smart catenary power supply - vehicle energy use" is established, which provides a low-carbon solution for highway freight transportation.
