摘要:

结合芜湖市海绵示范城市绩效评价指标，构建海绵智慧监测体系，为海绵城市考核提供真实完整的量化指标和数据，为海绵建设成效展示提供有力依据，同时为海绵城市智慧管理平台提供实时基础数据。监测体系的构建还在充分考虑芜湖市相关现有信息管理平台的监测设备和数据资源基础上，科学合理地选取监测指标、布置监测设备，以避免重复建设。

Abstract:

Based on the performance evaluation indicators for the sponge demonstration city of Wuhu City, a sponge smart monitoring system is constructed to provide real and complete quantitative indicators and data for sponge city assessment, provide strong basis for the display of sponge construction effectiveness, and provide real-time basic data for the sponge city smart management platform. The construction of the monitoring system also fully considers the monitoring equipment and data resources of the existing information management platform in Wuhu City, scientifically and reasonably selects monitoring indicators and arranges monitoring equipment to avoid redundant construction.
