    摘要:

    以淄博市一环快速路淄博站枢纽立交桥为背景,介绍了预制拼装桥梁在城市立交中的设计及应用。该立交桥的上部结构采用钢-混组合梁和混凝土小箱梁全预制拼装体系,以及变宽双边箱组合梁、组合桥面板等多种新型结构形式;下部结构则采用预制与现浇结合的施工方法,从而实现了城市桥梁特别是异形桥梁的标准化设计和工业化建造。另外,为使桥梁外形协调美观,还对该立交桥整体外观、墩柱造型和构造细节等进行了景观设计。预制拼装技术的应用,提升了桥梁工程品质与施工效率,降低了对城市交通与环境的影响。

    Abstract:

    Taking Zibo Station Hub Interchange in Ring Ⅰ Expressways of Zibo as the background, the design and application of prefabricated assembled bridge in urban interchange are introduced. The superstructure of this interchange is a fully prefabricating assembling system of steel-concrete composite beam and small concrete box beam, featuring a variety of new structural forms such as widened double-sided box composite beams and composite bridge decks. The substructure is constructed by a combination of prefabricated and cast-in-place methods. As a result, the standardized design and industrialized construction is realized for the urban bridges, even for special-shaped bridges. In addition, to ensure the coordinated and aesthetic appearance of the bridge, the landscape design is carried out for the overall outline, pier column shaping and structural details of the interchange. The application of prefabrication assembly technology can enhance the engineering quality and the construction efficiency of the bridge, and reduce the impact on the urban traffic and the environment.
