    摘要:

    为顺应工程行业数字化转型趋势,以S20外环泰和路高架修复养护工程为背景,开展了BIM(building information model)技术在项目中的实际应用研究。通过在设计与施工阶段构建数字化协同体系,实施了BIM建模、倾斜摄影、工序模拟、交组模拟、进度可视化及数字沙盘等技术应用,有效提升了设计质量,减少了施工阶段的返工现象。同时采用数字沙盘集成技术,形成了基于BIM的数字资产基础,为后续数字化运维与数字孪生系统的建设提供了必要支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to align with the trend of digital transformation in the engineering industry, taking the S20 Outer Ring Taihe Road Elevated Road Repair and Maintenance Project as the background, the practical application of BIM technology in the project is studied. By establishing a digital collaboration system during the design and construction phases, the application of technologies such as BIM modeling, oblique photography, process simulation, handover simulation, progress visualization and digital sand table are implemented to effectively enhance the design quality and reduce the rework during the construction phase. Simultaneously, by adopting the digital sand table integration technology, a digital asset foundation based on BIM is formed, providing the necessary support for the subsequent construction of digital operation and maintenance and digital twin systems.
