Abstract:Urban tunnel is constrained by its structural forms and the environment, leading to difficulties in underground tunnel management and challenges in rescue efforts following safety incidents. As the mileage of tunnels in China continues to expand, the traditional tunnel management and maintenance methods can no longer meet the current development status and demands. In response to the technical bottlenecks and management pain points in traffic monitoring, disaster response, and facility maintenance associated with traditional tunnel engineering, an integrated smart platform framework of "full data integration - full element perception - full cycle control" is proposed for the underground space comprehensive development project of Technology and Culture Center, which focuses on building an intelligent control system with autonomous decision-making capabilities and an operation, maintenance and management collaborative platform. Through tiered management and control measures, the disaster prevention and emergency response capabilities are effectively enhanced, providing an intelligent and convenient solution for improving urban underground space management and services. Additionally, the construction model of this platform can also provide the beneficial reference for similar projects in the future.
