    摘要:

    随着上海F新城A单元内X民生项目的建成投产,需要对该项目周边现有的排水系统进行改造升级,以消除区域易涝积水隐患,实现重点道路小时降雨58 mm时不积水,切实保障防汛排水安全。改造方案利用InfoWorks ICM(城市综合流域排水模型软件),论证了方案的合理性和可行性;另外,因河道水系作为区域雨水排水系统的输送或末端承载体,直接影响着排水系统方案的可行性,又采用HEC-RAS 软件,分析了河道过流能力。

    Abstract:

    With the completion and operation of the X Livelihood Project in Unit A of F New Town in Shanghai, it is necessary to reconstruct and upgrade the existing drainage system around the project to eliminate the regional flood and waterlogging hazards, ensure that key roads are not waterlogged during hourly rainfall of 58 mm, and truly guarantee the flood control and drainage safety. The InfoWorks ICM (urban integrated catchment drainage modeling software) is adopted in the reconstruction scheme to demonstrate the rationality and feasibility of the scheme. Additionally, since the river system serves as the conveyance or terminal carrier of the regional rainwater drainage system, it directly affects the feasibility of the drainage system scheme. The HEC-RAS software is also used to analyze the flow capacity of rivers.
