    摘要:

    为研究预制装配式桥台在桥梁工程中的应用,基于国内外预制装配式桥梁结构的常用连接方式,通过对比分析选定了插槽式连接方案;结合珠海市某工程实例,详细阐述了结构设计要点和拼装流程;采用有限元软件建立精细化模型,以验证连接区域在设计荷载下的应力状态和安全性,并与同等条件下的常规现浇结构进行对比分析。研究结果表明:钢筋和混凝土的各项指标均满足规范要求,插槽式连接的受力性能与常规现浇结构相当,且具有施工容错率高、现场作业简便的优点,在预制桥台与桩基连接中具有较好的推广应用价值。

    Abstract:

    To study the application of prefabricated bridge abutments in bridge engineering, based on the common connection methods of prefabricated bridge abutments at home and abroad, and by comparing and analyzing, the slot connection scheme is selected. Combined with an engineering case in Zhuhai, the design essentials and assembly process of the structures are expounded in detail. A refined model is established by using a finite element software model is established to verify the stress state and safety of the connection area under design loads, and a comparative analysis is conducted on the conventional cast-in-place structures under the same conditions. The results show that all indicators for both reinforcement and concrete meet the code requirements, and the mechanical properties of the slot connection is comparable to that of the conventional cast-in-place structure, which also has the advantages of high construction error tolerance and simple on-site operation, and has good promotion and application value in the connection between prefabricated abutments and pile foundations.
