    摘要:

    弧形闸门有启闭力小、泄流时流态好、无门槽等优点,且其浮箱体的主门结构也有效降低了闸门运行的启闭力。闸门门叶结构主要由钢结构组成,在实际运用和管理过程中,金属结构的防腐状况直接关系到闸门的可靠性与使用寿命。弧形门浮箱体舱外、舱内的金属结构处在不同的环境中,受腐蚀的主因也不尽相同,因此应根据金属结构的实际情况采取适合的防腐措施来延长钢闸门的使用寿命。针对大型弧形钢闸门浮箱体舱内金属结构易腐蚀的情况,分析其受腐蚀的原因、防腐重点,并结合舱内金属结构防腐处理的实践进行技术探讨。

    Abstract:

    Radial gates have advantages such as low operating force, good flow pattern during discharge and no gate slots. And the main gate structure of the buoyancy tank also effectively reduces the operating force required for gate operation. The gate leaf structure is mainly composed of steel structures. In practical application and management, the corrosion status of metal structures directly affects the reliability and service life of the gate. The metal structures outside and inside the radial gate buoyancy tank are exposed to different environments, and the main causes of corrosion are also different. Therefore, appropriate anti-corrosion measures should be taken according to the actual situation of the metal structures to extend the service life of the steel gate. Focusing on the situation where the metal structures inside the large radial gate buoyancy tank are prone to corrosion, the causes of corrosion and the key points of anti-corrosion are analyzed, and the technology is discussed in combination with the practice of anti-corrosion treatment for the metal structures in buoyancy tank.
