    在绿色发展理念的引领下,工程建设领域的降碳减排工作不断向纵深推进,公路和城市道路建设过程中常使用沥青混合料作为道路面层,一般由粗细集料、矿粉、沥青和添加剂等材料组成,采用排放因子法对沥青混合料材料生产阶段和运输阶段的碳排放进行核算,分析和总结不同材料组成和各自占比的变化对沥青混合料碳排放的影响,为优化沥青混合料的配合比设计,减少沥青混合料材料生产阶段和运输阶段的碳排放提供经验借鉴。不同类型沥青混合料和不同材料掺量沥青混合料,碳排放也不同,组成材料的掺量对碳排放的影响基本呈线性变化趋势,其中碳排放与集料掺量成反比,与沥青掺量和添加剂掺量成正比,在AC-13中增加添加剂后的碳排放增加约24.6%。

    Abstract:

    Under the guidance of the green development concept, the carbon reduction and emission reduction work in the field of engineering construction is constantly advancing. The asphalt mixture is often used as the road surface layer in the construction of highways and urban roads, generally composed of coarse and fine aggregates, mineral powder, asphalt and additives. The emission factor method is used to calculate the carbon emissions of asphalt mixture materials during the production and transportation stages, analyze and summarize the impact of different material compositions and their respective proportions on the carbon emissions of asphalt mixture, and provide experience and reference for optimizing the mix design of asphalt mixture and reducing the carbon emissions during the production and transportation stages of asphalt mixture materials. The carbon emissions of the different types of asphalt mixtures and the asphalt mixtures with different material dosages also vary. The impact of the dosage of constituent materials on carbon emissions basically shows a linear changing trend, among which the carbon emissions are inversely proportional to the dosage of aggregate and directly proportional to the asphalt content and additive content. After adding the additives to AC-13, the carbon emissions will increase by approximately 24.6%.
