    摘要:

    桩头作为桩基础与承台(桩帽)连接的关键部位,其保护以及防水性能直接影响桥梁整体结构的耐久性。传统桩头截除技术容易造成桩头损伤,导致后续防水失效。提出了一种桩头保护和防水综合技术,通过使用细石混凝土对桩头进行修补,并结合双面自黏式聚合物防水膜和高强度抗收缩砂浆防护层,对承台底面进行防水处理。该技术施工简便、适应性强,桩头修补后平整规则,防水层密实抗渗,可以有效抵御盐碱腐蚀。通过科威特RA259项目的工程实践验证,该技术显著提升桩基质量与耐久性,具有广泛的推广价值。

    Abstract:

    The pile head, as the critical connection between the pile foundation and the base slab (pile cap), the protection and waterproofing characteristics directly affect the durability of the overall bridge structure. Traditional pile head cutting techniques will easily cause the damage to the pile head, leading to subsequent waterproofing failure. An integrated pile head protection and waterproofing technology is proposed. The pile head is repaired with fine stone concrete. And combined with double-sided self-adhesive polymeric waterproofing membrane and high-strength shrinkage compensating mortar protective layer, the waterproof treatment is conducted for the bottom surface of the base slab. This technology is characterized by its simplicity in construction and strong adaptability. After repaired, the pile head becomes smooth and regular, and the waterproof layer is dense and impermeable, which can effectively resist salt and alkali corrosion. Through the engineering practice verification of the Kuwait RA259 Project, this technology significantly enhances the quality and durability of pile foundations, and has the wide promotion value.
