Abstract:The theme of the Yuejiang road Huangpuchong slow-traffic bridge is “Banyan Waterfront, Waterfowl Paradise”. The construction monitoring of the bridge is carried out to ensure the structural safety of the bridge construction process and the realization of the target state of the bridge. The structure static analysis were based on simulation analysis. A comparative analysis of the construction sequence is conducted to select the most reasonable construction procedures. The construction monitoring data and the theoretical simulation data were identified and corrected. The adoption of BIM technology in the monitoring process has enhanced the prediction of the state of the bridge efficiently and accurately. The state of the bridge during the construction process was optimized and adjusted. The target state of bridge completion has been successfully achieved. It has accumulated engineering experience for the development of the arched cable-beam composite system, which has beneficially promoted the development of bridges. At the same time, it has expanded the application of BIM technology of bridge construction monitoring.
