Abstract:With the rapid development of urban expressway systems, the traditional cast-in-place bridge construction modes has become difficult to meet the high requirements of modern urban construction for energy conservation and environmental protection, traffic impact and construction efficiency. The prefabricated assembly technology provides an effective solution for realizing the green construction of bridges through factory production, standardized design and mechanized installation. Based on the practice of the Linhai City Urban Expressway (Southern Section) Project, the key technical system of full-prefabricated bridge in structural design, component prefabrication and rapid on-site construction is systematically set forth, including BIM-assisted steel bar optimization layout, a new type of structural simple-supported bridge deck continuous system, a new type of superimposed slab composite beam and an improved grouting sleeve connection process. The factory prefabrication and rapid on-site installation technology of key components such as columns and bent caps are described, and the optimization measures are summarized for typical problems exposed in the prefabrication and on-site stages in engineering applications. Through standardized design, industrialized production and intelligent management, the quality and construction efficiency of the components are effectively ensured, providing the valuable reference for the construction of similar urban expressway bridge projects.
