Abstract:In response to the requirements of Shanghai for the treatment of initial rainwater and the improvement of water environment, taking the co-construction design scheme of a rainwater pumping station and initial rainwater storage tank as an example, it is explored how to rationally set the scale of facilities and optimize the design scheme in the newly built areas where the standards for sponge city construction are relatively perfected. The regional forced drainage system scheme is determined through the comparison of the schemes. Combined with the sponge index system of Lingang, the volume of the storage tank is optimized by using two methods of weighted calculation of the runoff pollution control rate of the plot and volume calculation of the storage facilities. The co-construction form on the side of the rainwater pump house and the combined scheme of gravity-pressure inflow are used for the initial rainwater storage tank equipped with online water quality monitoring, which can provide the engineering practice references for improving the design of regional municipal terminal storage facilities in sponge cities, and support the enhancement of the regional initial rainwater pollution control capacity.
