    摘要:

    在市政工程领域,由于排水管道长期运行过程中容易出现管道老化以及遭受侵蚀等问题,在综合各方面因素后往往选择管道再修复。然而,特大口径排水干管非开挖修复技术很大程度上会受到现场环境、使用寿命、施工手段等约束。因此,根据现有技术不能满足特大口径、带水修复的情况,以现有工艺优化为切入点,研究一种适用于特大口径排水干管的整体修复工艺,提高原管道的承载能力和耐久性能,弥补管道结构性和功能性缺陷,为城市污水干线的维护和管理提供新的解决方案和技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    In the field of municipal engineering, due to issues such as pipeline aging and erosion that often occur during the long-term operation of drainage pipelines, the pipeline restoration is often chosen after taking into account all aspects of factors. However, the trenchless restoration technology for extra-large diameter drainage mains is largely constrained by factors such as the on-site environment, service life and construction methods. Therefore, based on the current technology that cannot meet the requirements of extra-large diameter and water-bearing restoration, starting from optimizing the existing processes, an overall restoration process suitable for extra-large diameter drainage mains is studied to improve the bearing capacity and durability of the original pipelines, make up for structural and functional defects of the pipelines, and provide the new solutions and technical support for the maintenance and management of urban sewage trunk lines.
