    近年来,京沪高速广陵枢纽至靖江枢纽段双向6车道的断面指标已无法满足交通需求。为提升其运行能力,满足当前交通需求,计划采取双侧拼宽的方式,将其扩建为双向10车道高速公路。因该路段在施工期间无法封闭施工,为确保车辆通行效率,同时保障施工和交通安全,该项目遵循交通组织方案原则,提出了同步实施、分幅通行、分段突击、合理分流的施工对策,并从施工期间交通组织、分项工程实施方案两方面进行了交通组织设计。根据设计方案对路基路面、桥涵、互通立交等各分项工程的实施结果表明,该路段在改扩建期间可保障双向4车道以上的交通运行,对社会出行和周边分流路网的影响均较小;道路局部封闭施工时间约21个月,总工期约39个月,施工全周期能够保证至少有1条应急救援车道。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the double-way 6-lane cross-section of the section from Guangling Interchange to Jingjiang Interchange in Beijing-Shanghai Expressway has been unable to meet the traffic demands. To enhance its operational capacity and meet the current traffic needs, it is planned to reconstruct it to a double-way 10-lane expressway by the two-side widening method. As the road section cannot be closed during the construction period, to ensure traffic efficiency, also to guarantee the construction and traffic safety, and to adhere to the principles of the traffic organization scheme, the construction countermeasures of simultaneous implementation, lane-by-lane traffic, phased breakthroughs and reasonable diversion are proposed for this project. The traffic organization is designed from two aspects of traffic organization and sub-project implementation during the construction period. According to the design scheme, the implementation results of each sub-project such as the roadbed and pavement, bridges and culverts, and interchanges show that during the reconstruction and expansion period, the operation of double-way 4-lane traffic at least in the road section should be guaranteed, which has the minimal impact on the social travel and the surrounding diversion road network. The construction period of the local road closure is approximately 21 months, and the total construction period is about 39 months. Throughout the construction period, one emergency rescue lane can be guaranteed at least.
