城市主干道改扩建工程中的杆箱整治重难点及成效研究

Research on Key Difficulties and Effectiveness of Pole and Box Renovation in Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Urban Trunk Roads

摘要:

随着上海市韧性城市建设的积极推进，杆箱整治作为其中重要的工作内容在道路建设中同步实施。城市主干道作为城市交通功能与市民服务功能兼具的重要基础设施，更是杆箱整治实施的重点区域。既有城市主干道存在设施繁杂、交通运行压力大等特点，杆箱整治难度较大。以上海东西通道拓建工程地面段杆箱整治工程为例，针对该类项目实施中的重难点进行研究分析，给出了应对方案，同时总结归纳了取得的成效。

Abstract:

With the vigorous advancement of resilient urban construction in Shanghai, the renovation of poles and boxes, as an important part of the work, is implemented simultaneously in the road construction. As the important infrastructure that combines urban transportation functions and citizen service functions, the urban trunk roads are also the key areas for the implementation of pole and box renovation. The existing urban trunk roads have the characteristics of complex facilities and high traffic operation pressure, making the renovation of poles and boxes rather difficult. Taking the pole and box renovation project in the ground section of the Shanghai East-West Channel Expansion Project as an example, the research and analysis are conducted on the key difficulties in the implementation of this project. The countermeasures are given and the effectiveness is also summarized.
