Abstract:To address the challenges of data integration difficulties, inefficient cross-level data flow, and divergent business focus in facility management and traffic control for urban expressways, the current landscape and its shortcomings are analyzed, subsequently an integrated service management platform for smart expressways is designed and developed. The platform establishes a foundational architecture supporting multi-source heterogeneous data integration, employs unified data standards to achieve cross-departmental data flow, incorporates a RBAC permission model to create a hierarchical management system, and utilizes object storage with various interactive and preview components for the integrated processing of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Practical application demonstrates that the platform effectively breaks down data silos and enables differentiated services for operational, managerial, and decision-making levels, providing a viable technical solution and practical case for the digital operation and intelligent management of urban expressways.
