    为了结合SBS改性沥青和橡胶沥青这两种不同改性沥青的优点,首先采用湿法分别在SBS改性沥青中掺入6%、9%、12%、15%的胶粉,制备了复合改性沥青;然后对其进行了全面的性能评价。针入度、软化点以及动态剪切试验表明,胶粉可以有效改善沥青的高温性能、黏弹性和疲劳性能,增加沥青的高温抗变形能力和抗疲劳老化能力;黏度试验表明,胶粉可以较大程度地增大沥青的表观黏度;延度以及低温弯曲流变试验表明,胶粉对于沥青的低温性能改善不大,原因是复合改性沥青中游离颗粒的存在。根据复合改性沥青的性能评价结果,最后确定复合改性沥青中胶粉的最佳掺量为12%。

    Abstract:

    In order to combine the advantages of two different types of modified asphalt such as SBS modified asphalt and rubber asphalt, firstly, a wet method is used to add the rubber powder of 6%, 9%, 12% and 15% into SBS modified asphalt, which prepares the composite modified asphalt. And then a comprehensive performance evaluation is conducted for it. The penetration, softening point and dynamic shear tests show that the rubber powder can effectively improve the high-temperature, viscoelastic and fatigue performances of asphalt, and increase the high-temperature anti-deformation ability and anti-fatigue aging ability of asphalt. The viscosity tests show that rubber powder can significantly increase the apparent viscosity and ductility of asphalt. The low-temperature flexural rheology tests indicate that the rubber powder has little effect on improving the low-temperature performance of asphalt, mainly due to the presence of free particles in the composite modified asphalt. Finally, based on the performance evaluation result of the composite modified asphalt, the optimal dosage of rubber powder in the composite modified asphalt is determined to be 12%.
