Abstract:To address the issue of noise pollution from rail transit, the application status of typical domestic rail transit sound barriers is systematically sorted out, and the core technical problems are focused on the design, operation and maintenance, and repair links. The key technical points including the traditional protective measures and application of new carbon nano-fireproof coatings in fire resistance, the material selection, structural optimization and coating technology for anti-glare performance, the selection of sound-absorbing materials for durability improvement, the design of special parts and the optimization of bolt maintenance are specially studied. At the same time, the structural hazards caused by unreasonable structural design and non-standard construction are analyzed. By comparing the experimental data with engineering cases, the typical problems are deeply analyzed, and the targeted optimization solutions are proposed. The research findings can provide a reference for the design upgrade, performance improvement and industrial technical development of rail transit sound barriers.
