    摘要:

    为提升西安沣河梁家滩段防洪能力并改善生态环境,针对该段堤防建于20世纪60年代、防洪标准不足、结构老化及河床下切严重等问题,开展了综合治理设计研究。基于区域相关规划,通过河道演变与水面线分析,提出了“防洪安全+生态景观”协同治理方案。设计采用坡式护岸与蜂巢格室护坡等生态技术,堤顶宽8 m,超高1.4 m,防洪标准提升至100年一遇。结果表明,工程实施后可有效增强区域防洪安全,修复河道生态,提升滨水空间品质,实现综合效益,并为类似城市河流治理提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    To enhance the flood control capacity and improve the ecological environment of the Liangjiatan section of the Fenghe River in Xi'an, a comprehensive governance is designed and studied on the issues such as the existing levees constructed in the 1960s, insufficient flood control standards, structural aging and severe riverbed scouring. Based on relevant regional plans, a coordinated governance scheme integrating “Flood Control Safety + Ecological Landscape” is proposed through the analysis on river channel evolution and water surface profile. The ecological techniques such as slope revetment and honeycomb cell slope protection are adopted in the design. The top of the embankment is 8 m wide and 1.4 m high. The flood control standard has been upgraded to a once-in-100-year event.Results indicate that after the implementation of the project, it can effectively enhance the regional flood control safety, restore the ecological environment of the river course, improve the quality of the waterfront space, achieve the comprehensive benefits, and provide a reference for the governance of similar urban rivers.
