    摘要:

    保山市某生活污水厂规模4.0×104 m3/d,现状采用氧化沟工艺,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的二级标准1,现根据要求出水标准需提标至一级A。在用地受限的情况下,根据提标要求、进出水水质及不断水要求,经充分技术及经济比选,确定采用改造为具有AAO功能的氧化沟+MBBR强化脱氮功能,同时增加深度处理加强去除SS和总磷的方案。提标改造后对区域河道水质改善具有重要作用,可为同类污水厂提标改造提供经验。

    Abstract:

    The scale of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Baoshan City is 4.0×104 m3/d, and the oxidation ditch process is adopted in current treatment process. The effluent water quality can reach the second level criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918—2002). According to the requirements, the effluent water quality needs to be upgraded from the second level to first level A. Under the condition of limited land use, according to the requirements for upgrading standards, the qualities of influent and effluent, and the requirements for no water interruption, and by fully comparing and selecting the technologies and economy, it is determined to adopt the reconstructed oxidation ditch with AAO function + MBBR to enhance the denitrification function, while the scheme of adding advanced treatment is used to enhance the removal of SS and total phosphorus. The upgrading and reconstruction play an important role in improving the water quality of regional rivers, which can provide experience for the upgrading and reconstruction of similar WWTPs.
