    摘要:

    针对人车混行公路隧道尾气污染治理难题,通过模拟隧道环境,系统评估了TiO2光催化涂层在侧壁装饰材料上的净化效果与相关性能。试验采用有机-无机复合交联技术制备的纳米TiO2涂层,在16 W的LED光源照射下对NO?和SO?表现出显著降解能力,12 h实际净化效率分别达13.0%和7.2%。清洁性能测试表明,涂层表面超亲水特性使其除油率提升至76.74%,且经酸碱溶液浸泡后仍能保持良好的亲水性,证实其具有优异的抗污与耐腐蚀性。该技术可直接喷涂于隧道内壁,可有效降低人车混行公路隧道污染物浓度,节约通风能耗,为绿色隧道运维提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    To address the challenge of exhaust pollution control in highway tunnels with mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic, this study systematically evaluated the purification efficiency and performance of TiO2 photocatalytic coatings applied to sidewall decorative materials through simulated tunnel environments. The experiment employed an organic-inorganic composite crosslinking technology to prepare a nano-TiO? coating, which demonstrated significant degradation capabilities for NO2 and SO2 under illumination with a 16 W LED light source, achieving practical purification efficiencies of 13.0% and 7.2% after 12 hours, respectively. Cleaning performance tests demonstrated that the superhydrophobic surface properties of the coating enhanced its oil removal rate to 76.74%, while maintaining a well hydrophilicity after immersion in acid/base solutions, confirming its excellent anti-fouling and corrosion resistance. This technology can be directly sprayed onto tunnel inner walls, effectively reducing pollutant concentrations in mixed-traffic road tunnels, saving ventilation energy consumption, and providing reference for green tunnel operation and maintenance.
