    摘要:

    组合式深度处理设施是以纤维转盘滤池为核心,并集成了超细格栅、紫外消毒等处理单元的一体化处理设施。在大连某污水处理厂7万 m3/d处理规模的扩建工程中,应用该理念设计完成的深度处理车间,实现了配置合理、布局紧凑、空间优化的目标。在深度处理车间建筑布置中,充分考虑到北方地区的气候特点,为管理人员创造了安全便捷的操作条件,为各类设备提供了良好的运行环境。此外,深度处理车间利用污水源热泵提供的清洁能源进行冬季供暖,取得了良好的节能降碳效果。

    Abstract:

    The combined advanced treatment unit is an integrated treatment facility centered around a fiber disc filter, integrated with ultra-fine grating and ultraviolet disinfection. In the expansion project of a WWTP in Dalian with a treatment capacity of 70 000 m3/d, the advanced treatment workshop designed using this concept achieved the goals of reasonable configuration, compact layout, and space optimization. In the architectural layout of the advanced treatment workshop, the climatic characteristics of northern regions were fully considered, creating safe and convenient operating conditions for management personnel and providing a good operating environment for various equipment. In addition, winter heating for the advanced treatment workshop was achieved by utilizing clean energy from sewage source heat pumps, resulting in significant energy-saving and carbon-reduction effects.
