    摘要:

    为研究场内交通大跨度钢管混凝土桥梁的设计特点,以白马乌江大桥为例,从桥梁的总体布置、结构设计及计算、桥梁施工方案等几个方面进行了详细介绍。为解决该桥荷载重、桥面窄、地质条件复杂等难题,设计中选用了桁架式钢管混凝土截面、优化的拱肋横撑构造、轻型的钢-混凝土组合桥面系及带桩基的拱座基础;为减少对临近隧道施工的干扰,保障桥梁的顺利实施,施工时采用了不设置索塔及现场拼装平台的缆索吊装施工方案。所介绍的设计和施工关键技术细节可为类似桥梁建设提供重要的工程参考。

    Abstract:

    To study the design characteristics of onsite traffic long-span concrete-filled steel tube bridges, taking Baima Wujiang River Bridge as the research object, the design characteristics of the bridge are introduced in detail from several aspects such as overall layout, structural design and calculation, and construction scheme of the bridge. To solve the problems of the bridge such as heavy load, narrow bridge deck and complicated geological conditions, the truss-type concrete filled steel tube section, optimized arch rib transverse brace, light steel-concrete composite bridge deck, and arch abutment with pile foundation are adopted in bridge design. To reduce the interference to the construction of adjacent tunnel and ensure the smooth implementation of the bridge, the cable hoisting construction scheme without cable pylon and on-site assembly platform is adopted during construction. The key technical details of design and construction introduced can provide important engineering reference for the construction of similar bridges.
