江苏省高速公路平安百年品质工程建设实践

Practice of Building Safe Century Quality Project for Expressways in Jiangsu Province

摘要:

平安百年品质工程创建作为公路水运建设领域贯彻落实“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念以及建设“四个交通”的关键载体，对于交通基础设施发展的转型升级具有极为重要的意义。为推动江苏省高速公路项目平安百年品质工程建设，现结合盐城至洛阳国家高速公路江苏省宿城至泗洪段项目平安百年品质工程创建工作经验，从设计、管理、质量、安全、环境、信息等方面对高速公路项目平安百年品质工程建设管理的实践经验展开论述，以期为类似高速公路项目管理提供参考。

Abstract:

The creation of the "Safe Century Quality Project" serves as a key carrier for implementing the five major development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green development, openness and sharing" in the field of highway and waterway construction, as well as for building "Four kinds of transportation", which is of great significance for the transformation and upgrading of the development of transportation infrastructure. In order to promote the construction of the "Safe Century Quality Project" in the Jiangsu Province Expressway Project, the practical experience in the construction and management of Safe Century Quality Project in the expressway projects is discussed from the aspects of design, management quality, safety and information in combination with the creation experience of the safe century quality engineering in the Yancheng - Luoyang National Expressway (Jiangsu Province Suicheng - Shihong) Project, which provides reference for the management of similar expressway projects.
