Abstract:To improve the main road network system in the urban area of Yangzhou, connect the east and west banks of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and promote the connection among regional clusters and the combination of industrial development, and based on the necessity of road network construction, a study is conducted on the East Huayang Road Bridge over the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The project overview and overall scheme are introduced in detail. The selection and design of the bridge structure, the technical indicators of the main materials, the overall performance of the main bridge and the construction scheme are analyzed. According to the urban style and cultural characteristics, the landscape design of the main bridge effectively integrates with the construction details of classical gardens in Yangzhou. Through the methods of referencing, abstraction and interpretation, a landscape structure with urban features is created, which provides ideas and references for the construction of similar cross-waterway bridge projects and the development of landmark landscape engineering projects.
