    摘要:

    结合站房设计与车站建设规模,从站前广场总体布局、交通组织、景观设计等方面,对惠东站站前广场建设条件、现状痛点进行分析,阐述了该广场的设计原则、设计方案和实际成效。结果表明:基于TOD——以公共交通为导向的开发模式,采用立体架高广场形式,通过合理布局所构建的多元立体空间格局,可解决高差困境,弥补城市配套和功能缺失;采用公交优先、人车分流原则所构建的逆时针单向广场内部交通循环体系,以及通过合理规划周边交通组织所构建的高效便捷的区域交通组织系统,可实现人车分流和高效换乘;通过生态友好设计、文化景观塑造等方式,可创建层次丰富的高品质空间,实现生态与人文的结合,提升周边空间的景观效果和形象。

    Abstract:

    Combined with the station house design and the station construction scale, the construction conditions and current challenges of the square in front of East Huizhou Railway Station are analyzed from the aspects of the overall layout, traffic organization and landscape design of the square in front of the station. The design principles, design schemes and practical achievements of this square are expounded. The results indicate that based on the TOD development model, the form of a three-dimensional elevated square is adopted. The multi-element three-dimensional spatial pattern constructed through reasonable layout can solve the height difference predicament and compensate the lack of urban supporting facilities and functions. By adhering to the principles of public transport priority and pedestrian-vehicle separation, an anticlockwise one-way internal traffic circulation system is established within the square. Coupled with well-planned peripheral traffic organization, an efficient and convenient regional traffic organization system is formed, achieving pedestrian-vehicle separation and effective transfer. Through the eco-friendly design and cultural landscape shaping, a richly layered high-quality space can be created, the integration of ecology and humanity can be achieved, and the landscape effect and image of the surrounding space can be enhanced.
