Design of the Comprehensive Treatment Project Scheme for the Laozi River in Zibo City

摘要:

涝淄河是穿越淄博市主城区的一条重要防洪河道，通过对商场路-朝阳街段现状河道及沿线存在的问题进行分析，从城市区域发展的角度进行河道综合整治方案设计，提出了河道拓宽、桥梁改建、管线迁移、景观提升、智慧河道等综合治理方案，河道改造总长度为9.87 km。改造后的涝淄河实现了集“防洪、生态、文明、智慧”为一体的总体目标，达到了“建设一条河流，提升一片城市品质”的整体效果，社会效益、经济效益、生态效益显著，对类似河道的综合治理有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:

The Laozi River is an important flood control river that runs through the main urban area of Zibo City. By analyzing the current river course and the problems existing along the section from Shangchang Road to Chaoyang Street, and from the perspective of urban regional development, a comprehensive treatment scheme is designed and proposed, which includes the river course widening, bridge reconstruction, pipeline relocation, landscape improvement and smart river course. The total length of the river reconstruction is 9.87 km. After the reconstruction, the overall goal of integrating “flood control, ecology, civilization and intelligence”is achieved for Zibo River. The overall effect of “building a river, and enhancing the quality of a city” is achieved, and the social, economic and ecological benefits are significant, providing a certain reference value for the comprehensive treatment of similar river courses.
