    以某大桥引桥及匝道超期服役的板式橡胶支座为研究对象,通过外观质量检查、内部质量检测、材料性能测试和力学性能检测,全面评估了服役30年的桥梁支座性能退化情况。研究结果表明,超期服役的桥梁板式橡胶支座普遍存在保护层厚度不足、材料性能下降和力学性能显著降低等问题。尽管部分支座外观基本完好,但其内部质量和力学性能已无法满足现行规范要求。基于研究结果,提出了支座更换建议和后续研究方向,为超期服役桥梁支座的维护和更换决策提供了科学依据。

    Abstract:

    Taking the plate-type rubber bearings of an over-serviced bridge approach and ramp as the research object, this study comprehensively evaluated the performance degradation of bridge bearings after 30 years of service through visual inspection, internal quality inspection, material performance testing, and mechanical performance testing. The research results showed that the over-serviced bridge plate-type rubber bearings generally suffered from problems such as insufficient thickness of protective layer, deteriorated material properties, and significantly reduced mechanical properties. Although some bearings appeared to be basically intact, their internal quality and mechanical properties could no longer meet the current specification requirements. Based on the research results, suggestions for bearing replacement and directions for future research were proposed, providing a scientific basis for the maintenance and replacement decisions of over-serviced bridge bearings.
