    立体城市是缓解城市快速扩张、提升城市整体品质的重要设计理念,交通系统是支撑立体城市生活的重要部分,亟须建立与之适配的交通规划评价体系。立体城市开发区域具有交通系统集约化、交通系统高效化、交通系统立体化等交通特征。针对立体城市开发区域交通特征,构建了由交通系统便捷性、交通运行高效性、交通规划立体性3个评价维度,共15项指标组成的指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定了指标权重。以杭州苕溪双铁上盖项目为例,通过方案静态测算与仿真建模分析相结合的方法对指标进行计算,对计算结果进行分析,提出了规划优化方向,验证了该指标体系的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The three-dimensional city (3D City) is a key design approach to mitigate urban sprawl and enhance city quality. The transportation system serving as a critical supportive component needs a corresponding transportation planning evaluation framework. 3D City areas are characterized by integrated transportation systems, high operational efficiency, and multi-layered spatial organization. To address these features, an evaluation system was developed, co mprising 15 indicators across three dimensions: transportation accessibility, operational efficiency, and three-di mensional planning. Indicator weights were determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Taking Hangzhou Tiaoxi Double Upper Cover Development Project as a case study, the indicators were calculated through static assessment and simulation modeling. Analysis of the results identified optimization strategies for planning and verified the feasibility of the proposed evaluation system.
