    摘要:

    越江方案是快速路工程规划设计中的关键点和重难点,需充分权衡交通功能、建设条件、经济性等多方面因素,从而选择合理的过江建设形式和总体方案。以温州江湾快速路跨瓯江方案为例,比选了桥梁、不同类型隧道多种建设型式,初步筛选出盾构隧道与大桥方案;从总体布置方案、接线衔接方案等方面综合考虑交通功能、慢行系统布置、通航水利影响、征地拆迁、景观要求、造价等各因素,分析得出方案各自优劣及适用条件,为类似快速路越江工程总体方案选择提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Cross-river scheme is the key and difficult points in the planning and design of expressway projects, and it is necessary to fully balance multiple factors such as traffic function, construction conditions and economic efficiency so as to select the reasonable cross-river construction form and overall scheme. Taking the scheme of the Wenzhou Jiangwan Expressway crossing the Oujiang River as an example, various construction forms such as bridges and different types of tunnels are compared and selected. The shield tunnel and bridge schemes are initially screened out. From the overall layout scheme, connection scheme and other aspects, the comprehensive consideration are given to traffic function, slow traffic system arrangement, navigation and water conservancy impact, land acquisition and demolition, landscape requirements, cost and other factors, and the advantages and disadvantages as well as the applicable conditions of the schemes are analyzed, which provides a reference for the selection of the overall scheme of similar expressway cross-river projects.
