Abstract:Cross-river scheme is the key and difficult points in the planning and design of expressway projects, and it is necessary to fully balance multiple factors such as traffic function, construction conditions and economic efficiency so as to select the reasonable cross-river construction form and overall scheme. Taking the scheme of the Wenzhou Jiangwan Expressway crossing the Oujiang River as an example, various construction forms such as bridges and different types of tunnels are compared and selected. The shield tunnel and bridge schemes are initially screened out. From the overall layout scheme, connection scheme and other aspects, the comprehensive consideration are given to traffic function, slow traffic system arrangement, navigation and water conservancy impact, land acquisition and demolition, landscape requirements, cost and other factors, and the advantages and disadvantages as well as the applicable conditions of the schemes are analyzed, which provides a reference for the selection of the overall scheme of similar expressway cross-river projects.
