    为解决葫芦岛市合流制溢流污染问题,采用InfoWorks ICM软件构建排水防涝耦合模型,选取典型年降雨对建设调蓄池前后合流制溢流污染控制情况进行效果评估,包括溢流频次和溢流量。模拟结果显示:建调蓄池之后,老区污水厂调蓄池所在位置的溢流口全年溢流量减少了83.8%,溢流频次由18次减少到8次;新区污水厂调蓄池所在位置的溢流口全年溢流量减少了75.1%,溢流频次由18次减少到8次。建调蓄池后,有效实现了合流制溢流控制目标,即合流制排口年均溢流频次控制在6~8次,溢流体积控制率不小于70%。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of combined sewer overflow pollution in Huludao City, the InfoWorks ICM software is used to construct a coupled model for drainage and waterlogging prevention. Typical annual rainfall is selected to evaluate the effect of controlling combined sewer overflow pollution before and after the construction of the storage tanks, including the frequency and volume of overflow. The simulation results show that after the construction of the storage tanks, the annual overflow volume of the overflow outlet at the location of the storage tank of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in an old district is decreased by 83.8%, and the overflow frequency is decreased from 18 times to 8 times. The annual overflow volume of the overflow outlet at the location of the storage tank of WWTP in the new district is decreased by 75.1%, and the overflow frequency is decreased from 18 times to 8 times. The overflow control target of the combined system has been effectively achieved, that is, the average annual overflow frequency of the combined system discharge outlet is controlled at 6 to 8 times, and the overflow volume control rate is not less than 70% after the construction of the storage tanks.
