    以长江边某工业区水质净化厂为例,通过分析现状水质问题和目标水质要求,针对核心的高级氧化工艺提出了多种试验方案。比选结果表明,臭氧催化氧化技术可显著降低化学需氧量(COD)出水浓度,因此该厂提标最终采用了臭氧催化氧化深度处理方案。依据中试结论,在水力停留时间为60 min,催化剂填充量为30%的条件下,臭氧投加量只需46 mg/L即可取得理想的处理效果,化学需氧量(COD)去除率可达48%以上。相关试验参数和结论可为相似项目的水质提升提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Taking a water purification plant in an industrial zone along the Yangtze River as an example, a variety of test schemes are proposed for the core advanced oxidation process by analyzing the current water quality issues and the target treatment requirements. The comparative result shows that the ozone-catalytic oxidation technology can significantly reduce the effluent concentration of chemical oxygen demand (COD). Therefore, the ozone-catalytic oxidation advanced treatment scheme is finally adopted for the upgrading of this plant. Based on the conclusion of the pilot-scale test, under the condition of hydraulic retention time of 60 min and catalyst filling ratio of 30%, an ideal treatment effect can be achieved with an ozone dosage of only 46 mg/L, and the removal rate of COD can reach over 48%. The relevant test parameters and conclusions can provide reference for the water quality improvement of similar projects.
