    摘要:

    为突破城市河流“静水难净”“生态衰退”等治理瓶颈,南京市建邺区选取天保西河、双龙河和尚元河3条河道作为试验河段,探索“低成本、低碳化、可持续”的“低水位运行”模式对城市河流水环境、水生态的影响机制。隔离试验河段为独立水系后,控制水系水位在低水位状态(水深0.3~0.5 m),并规律补充清洁水源,保持活水状态,持续监测多点位水质、底泥指标变化以及水生生物群落的生境变化。低水位运行半年后,试验段水质与底泥污染降解显著向好,生物群落逐渐演变丰富,“藻—贝—鱼—鸟”食物链逐渐完善,形成“自然修复”的良性循环,同时也暴露出河道水量减少后,对夏季高温水华和排口突然排污等突发环境状况缓冲能力减弱等情况。下一步,低水位运行试验方案将持续完善,最终形成可复制、可推广的“治水方案”,为同类城市河道治理提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    To overcome the governance bottlenecks of urban rivers, such as "difficulty in cleaning stagnant water" and "ecological decline", Jianye District, Nanjing City, has selected three river courses, namely Tianbaoxi River, Shuanglong River, and Shangyuan River, as experimental river sections to explore the impact mechanism of the "low-cost, low-carbon, sustainable" "low-water operation" mode on the water environment and ecology of urban rivers. After isolating the experimental river sections as independent water systems, the water level of the river systems is controlled at a low water level (water depth of 0.3-0.5 meters), and clean water sources are regularly supplemented to maintain a flowing state. Multi-point water quality and sediment indicators are continuously monitored, as well as habitat changes of aquatic biological communities. After half a year of low-water operation, the water quality and sediment pollution degradation in the experimental sections have significantly improved, the biological communities have gradually evolved and become richer, and the "algae-shellfish-fish-bird" food chain has gradually improved, forming a virtuous cycle of "natural restoration". It also revealed that after the reduction of river water volume, the buffering capacity against sudden environmental conditions such as high-temperature water blooms in summer and sudden pollution discharge from outlets has weakened. In the next step, the low-water operation experimental plan will continue to be improved, ultimately forming a replicable and promotable "water governance plan" to provide reference for similar urban river governance.
