Abstract:In view of the common problems of traditional non-excavation grouting materials, such as high foaming ratio, poor adhesion, low strength and poor water resistance, the stability and durability tests of modified polyurethane grouting materials were carried out. It was found that the tensile strength and elongation of the modified polyurethane grouting materials changed little under different soaking conditions and times, and the splitting strength recovery rate of the asphalt surface layer core sample was 72.14%. The fatigue life recovery rate is approximately 50%, the splitting strength recovery rate of the water-stabilized base core sample is 84.62%, and the number of fatigue life cycles is 80% of that of the intact specimens. The results show that the modified polyurethane material has good stability, high bonding strength and excellent durability, which can effectively improve the quality of non-excavation grouting treatment for cracks in semi-rigid base layers.
