半刚性基层裂缝改性聚氨酯注浆材料性能研究

    针对传统非开挖注浆材料普遍存在发泡倍率高、黏结性差、强度低和不耐水的问题,通过开展了改性聚氨酯注浆材料稳定性和耐久性试验研究,得到改性聚氨酯注浆材料在不同浸泡条件和时间下拉伸强度、伸长率变化均较小,且沥青面层芯样劈裂强度恢复率72.14%,疲劳寿命恢复率约50%,水稳基层芯样劈裂强度恢复率84.62%,疲劳寿命次数为完好试件的80%。结果表明,改性聚氨酯材料稳定性好、粘结强度高和耐久性能优异,可有效提升半刚性基层裂缝非开挖注浆处治质量。

    Abstract:

    In view of the common problems of traditional non-excavation grouting materials, such as high foaming ratio, poor adhesion, low strength and poor water resistance, the stability and durability tests of modified polyurethane grouting materials were carried out. It was found that the tensile strength and elongation of the modified polyurethane grouting materials changed little under different soaking conditions and times, and the splitting strength recovery rate of the asphalt surface layer core sample was 72.14%. The fatigue life recovery rate is approximately 50%, the splitting strength recovery rate of the water-stabilized base core sample is 84.62%, and the number of fatigue life cycles is 80% of that of the intact specimens. The results show that the modified polyurethane material has good stability, high bonding strength and excellent durability, which can effectively improve the quality of non-excavation grouting treatment for cracks in semi-rigid base layers.
