Abstract:To address the challenge of unmanned asphalt pavement paving in low-clearance long tunnels, a set of asphalt pavement construction solutions based on intelligent and unmanned technologies has been researched and practiced. This solution integrates high-precision positioning technology (inertial navigation), environmental perception technology (environmental sound echo), and cluster collaborative control technologies, and develops a collaborative operation system suitable for unmanned pavers and rollers. The practical application in the Shanghai North-South Expressway Project shows that this unmanned construction technology can achieve digital management of the construction process and precise control of pavement quality, providing a new technical paradigm and application reference for future infrastructure construction in similar confined spaces.
