Abstract:The systematic management of pollution discharge outlets of rivers is a key link of water environment governance. A new paradigm is proposed, that is, through the full-chain coordination of “receiving water body - discharge outlet - discharge channel - discharge unit” to build a dynamic, refined and intelligent management system. An intelligent supervision platform integrates the multi-source data monitoring, spatial analysis, model simulation and AI technology to achieve the timely detection of pollution discharge outlet problems, and comparative analysis of precise source tracing and rectification effects. The supervision efficiency and response mechanisms are optimized and the long-term governance of pollution discharge outlet of river is promoted. The practice shows that this new paradigm can enhance the scientific and systematic performances of discharge outlets, which provides the effective support for the improvement of watershed water environment quality.
