Abstract:The collaborative mechanism of ecological restoration and flood control function is expounded to address the increasingly severe flood control pressure and ecological degradation problems faced by urban river systems in the context of climate change. By analyzing the role of ecological measures—such as wetland restoration, vegetation coverage and river channel morphology optimization—in reducing flood peaks and enhancing flood storage capacity, the synergy between the two is revealed, and a multi-objective optimization framework and a dynamic adaptation mechanism are developed. The technical integration pathways and policy support systems are proposed. However, at present, there are still challenges such as the difficulty of technical implementation, cost pressure and cross-departmental collaboration. It is necessary to further optimize the evaluation model and improve the long-term management mechanism.
