    摘要:

    顶管施工作为非开挖地下管道施工的核心技术,通过沉井内顶管机和顶进装置实现管节在地下逐节顶进,具有无需开挖面层、对周边环境干扰小等优势。以某市政污水管网工程非开挖顶管施工实际案例为依托,通过系统梳理顶管施工管理中的技术难点和核心问题,提出了相关管控措施和技术创新方案,以期为同类非开挖顶管工程项目管理提供实践借鉴,助力城市基础设施建设高质量推进和生态环境可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    Pipe jacking construction, as a core technology of trenchless underground pipeline construction, enables pipe segments to be jacked in one by one underground through a pipe jacking machine and jacking device within open caisson, which has the advantages such as not necessary to excavate the surface and little disturbance to the surrounding environment. Relying on a practical case of trenchless pipe jacking in a municipal sewage pipeline project, by systematically sorting out the technical challenges and core issues encountered in pipe jacking construction management, the relevant control measures and innovative technical schemes are proposed in order to provide the practical references for the management of similar trenchless pipe jacking projects, and to support the high-quality advancement of urban infrastructure construction and the sustainable development of the ecological environment.
