    摘要:

    日常巡查和问题发现派单是市政道路运营管理日常工作中重要的一环,而如何精准统计覆盖率、发现问题后及时派单以及在完成巡查后高效完成当日报表工作成为了急需解决的问题。针对上述痛点进行了研究,依托信息化、数字化手段,提出了通过智能巡查系统实现轨迹跟踪、精准定位、智能派单、一键生成报表的解决方案,并结合该系统在某市政监理单位的应用与实践验证该方案的可行性。经实证研究,该系统的应用降低了人员、机具的使用成本,提高了工作效率,为市政道路智慧化运营管理提供了可复制的实践范式。

    Abstract:

    Daily patrol and problem discovery dispatching are important parts of the daily operation and management of municipal roads. However, how to accurately calculate the coverage rate, promptly dispatch tasks after problem discovery, and efficiently complete the daily report work after the patrol has become an urgent issue to be solved. The research is conducted on the above-mentioned pain points. Relying on the informationization and digitalization means, a solution is proposed through an intelligent patrol system to achieve trajectory tracking, precise positioning, intelligent task dispatching and one-click report generation. And the feasibility of this solution is verified through the application and practice of this system in a municipal supervision unit. Through empirical research, the application of this system can reduce the costs of personnel and equipment, improve the work efficiency, and provides a replicable practical paradigm for the intelligent operation and management of municipal roads.
