Abstract:In the construction of ultra-long distance steel pipe jacking of a 2 180-m sea discharge pipeline project in Beihai City and a 2 329-m cross-sea pipeline project in Modaomen, Zhuhai City, the segmented and station-based grouting drag reduction technology is adopted. For pipe jacking through different soil layers, the different slurry ratios are selected, achieving favorable drag reduction effects. There is no need to activate the relay room for relayed jacking if jacking in 2 000 m at one time, which provides valuable reference for the construction of similar ultra-long distance pipe jacking projects.
