Abstract:In order to effectively address point source and non-point source pollution at river discharge outlets in urban polder areas, comprehensively enhance the water environment, and simultaneously achieve rainwater resource utilization, this study takes a river discharge outlet remediation project in Nanjing as an example to research and summarize the technical measures for managing such outlets. The characteristics and existing issues of current discharge outlets are analyzed, and different outlets are classified for targeted treatment. Based on the design objectives, technical pathways for outlet remediation are determined, and specific remediation plans are proposed. Emphasis is placed on the detailed design of system processes and operational conditions to achieve the integration of multiple objectives in discharge outlet remediation, providing a reference for similar projects in the future.
