    摘要:

    为解决高桩承台贴壁加固的桩基位移控制问题,提升防汛墙的结构安全性与防洪能力,以拦路港(千年古银杏树段)防汛墙加固工程为例,创新性地将CO锁扣钢管桩应用于堤防维修加固。该桩型具有截面惯性矩大、截面模量高的特点,结构强度和抗弯性能显著优于传统桩型,能够更好地承担侧向土压力和水流冲击,从而在高桩承台贴壁加固施工中实现对桩身位移的精确控制,确保新旧结构协同受力。实践表明,采用CO锁扣钢管桩后,桩基位移能得到有效抑制,加固后的防汛墙整体稳定性和抗冲刷能力显著提高。为类似河道堤防护岸、挡墙加固工程提供了一种新的设计思路与技术路径,具有较好的推广价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to address the issue of pile displacement control in the wall-attached reinforcement of high-pile caps and enhance the structural safety and flood prevention capacity of the floodwall, this study takes the reinforcement project of the floodwall at Lanlugang (the section with millennium-old ginkgo trees) as an example, and innovatively applies CO lock-type steel pipe pile to the maintenance and reinforcement of the embankment. This pile type features a large cross-sectional moment of inertia and a high section modulus, providing significantly superior structural strength and bending resistance compared to traditional pile types. It can better withstand lateral earth pressure and water flow impact, thereby achieving precise control over pile displacement during the construction of wall-attached reinforcement for high-pile caps and ensuring coordinated load-bearing between the new and existing structures. Practice has shown that after adopting CO lock-type steel pipe pile, pile displacement is effectively suppressed, and the overall stability and scour resistance of the reinforced floodwall are significantly improved. This provides a new design approach and technical pathway for similar river embankment, revetment, and retaining wall reinforcement projects, demonstrating good potential for broader application.
