    摘要:

    以新河湖片区为例,贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,针对混合排区雨水防涝及海绵系统提出规划设计新思路。通过串联“山水林田湖草”多个要素,预降雨水系统水位,新建海绵设施等措施,构建区域海绵水生态系统。模型模拟及计算表明,项目通过激活海绵设施调蓄能力、提高初雨截流效率,对提高区域排水防涝标准、削减初雨径流污染具有重大意义。

    Abstract:

    Taking the Xinhehu District as an example, implementing the thought of ecological civilization and aiming at the rainwater waterlogging prevention and sponge system in the mixed discharge areas, the new concepts of planning design are proposed. By integrating multiple elements such as mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grasslands, and implementing measures like pre-lowering water levels of rainwater system and constructing the new sponge facilities, a regional sponge water ecosystem is constructed. The model simulations and calculations demonstrate that this project has an important significance to enhance the regional drainage and waterlogging prevention standards and reduce the initial rainwater runoff pollution by activating the storage capacity of sponge facilities and improving the efficiency of initial rainwater interception.
