Abstract:Taking the Xinhehu District as an example, implementing the thought of ecological civilization and aiming at the rainwater waterlogging prevention and sponge system in the mixed discharge areas, the new concepts of planning design are proposed. By integrating multiple elements such as mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grasslands, and implementing measures like pre-lowering water levels of rainwater system and constructing the new sponge facilities, a regional sponge water ecosystem is constructed. The model simulations and calculations demonstrate that this project has an important significance to enhance the regional drainage and waterlogging prevention standards and reduce the initial rainwater runoff pollution by activating the storage capacity of sponge facilities and improving the efficiency of initial rainwater interception.
