    摘要:

    为客观评估城市道路塌陷隐患风险,以江苏省城市生命线安全工程为背景,基于《指南》提出的指标体系,依据地区实际情况对指标进行了优化,建立了城市道路塌陷风险评估指标体系,并采用AHP-熵权法优化了权重,对A市的15条道路开展了风险评估,同时利用道路空洞探测的结果对评估结果进行了验证,结果表明:有5条道路为较大风险,10条道路为一般风险,15条道路下方均有不同程度的病害,其中2条较大风险的道路下方存在脱空和空洞病害。风险评估的结果与道路空洞探测结果的吻合度较高,优化后的评估指标对于城市道路塌陷风险评估具有一定的应用价值,研究工作可为城市生命线道路塌陷隐患风险防控提供技术支撑,也可为同类灾害评估提供参考。

    Abstract:

    To objectively assess the risk of urban road collapse, based on the Jiangsu Province Urban Lifeline Safety Project, according to the index system proposed in the “Guide” and relying on the actual situation of the region, the indexes are optimized, and an urban road collapse risk assessment index system is established. The AHP-entropy weight method is used to optimize the weights, and the risk assessment is conducted on 15 roads in City A. At the same time, the assessment results are verified by using the results of road void detection. The results show that 5 roads are at high risk and 10 roads are at general risk. There are the varying degrees of diseases beneath 15 roads, in which there are voids and hollow diseases beneath two roads with relatively high risks. The results of the risk assessment are in high agreement with the results of road void detection. The optimized assessment indicators have certain application value for urban road collapse risk assessment. The research work can provide technical support for the prevention and control of urban lifeline road collapse risks and also provide a reference for similar disaster assessments.
