Abstract:Taking the anti-collision facility project of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge as a research object, its main structure consists of reinforced rubber flexible anti-collision rings and a steel frame. Aiming at the key technical challenges in the manufacturing process, such as the easy deformation of the soft circumferent-shaped steel structure, the unreasonable design of the diffusion block and the steel support structure, and the difficulty in controlling the precision, the optimization research on the manufacturing process of new anti-collision facilities is conducted. By introducing the innovative construction method, and combined with the modification of manufacturing process and optimization of structural design, the precision of components and the overall reliability are effectively enhanced, and the feasibility of this process is validated through engineering practice. The research results not only ensure the engineering quality and set a precedent for this type of bridge anti-collision engineering, but also provide the valuable process insights and practical experience for similar projects in the future.
