    摘要:

    以常泰长江大桥防撞设施工程为研究对象,主体结构由增强橡胶软体防撞圈与钢骨架组成。针对制造过程中软体周圈弧形钢结构易变形、扩散块与钢支架结构设计不合理及精度难控制等关键工艺难题,开展新型防撞设施工程制造工艺的优化研究。通过引入创新工法,结合制造工艺改进与结构设计优化,有效提升了构件精度与整体可靠性,并经工程实践验证了该工艺的可行性。研究成果不仅确保了工程质量,创下了该类型桥梁防撞工程的先例,也为后续类似工程提供了宝贵的工艺借鉴与实践经验。

    Abstract:

    Taking the anti-collision facility project of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge as a research object, its main structure consists of reinforced rubber flexible anti-collision rings and a steel frame. Aiming at the key technical challenges in the manufacturing process, such as the easy deformation of the soft circumferent-shaped steel structure, the unreasonable design of the diffusion block and the steel support structure, and the difficulty in controlling the precision, the optimization research on the manufacturing process of new anti-collision facilities is conducted. By introducing the innovative construction method, and combined with the modification of manufacturing process and optimization of structural design, the precision of components and the overall reliability are effectively enhanced, and the feasibility of this process is validated through engineering practice. The research results not only ensure the engineering quality and set a precedent for this type of bridge anti-collision engineering, but also provide the valuable process insights and practical experience for similar projects in the future.
